Íslandsþari has been allocated a 2,400 m² plot at Suðurgarður in Húsavík, where facilities for seaweed processing are planned, with the possibility of expansion up to 4,500 m². The area offers excellent access to geothermal energy, which is particularly beneficial for drying and processing seaweed. This location supports our goals of environmentally friendly and cost-effective production and is an important step in the continued development and operations of the company.
